This 12-storey building, in the heart of the city, will include 2 levels of car parking and 12 levels of office accommodation, with a floor area of 23,000 square metres. The signature building will be accommodated by People’s Choice Credit Union, as well as Santos. Hence, the building’s design will incorporate a footbridge connecting the Santos tenancy with their head office next door.
A 400 square metre ground floor will provide retail banking tenancy for People’s Choice Credit Union, café and lobby area.
The building has been designed to achieve both 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS Energy Ratings with features such as a recycling storage room and energy efficient air conditioning.
